The PESO of the Municipality of Bocaue is committed to upholding the privacy and security of personal information collected from our citizens, in full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
What we collect
- Personal info: name, date of birth, sex, civil status, address, contact details
- Education and skills information
- Work experience and resume documents
- Indigency / displacement / OFW status (for SPES/TUPAD/special programs)
- System logs (IP address, browser, login timestamps)
Why we collect it
- To match you with suitable employers and refer your application
- To verify eligibility for SPES, TUPAD, and special-sector programs
- To enroll you in TESDA training and issue certificates
- To produce anonymized statistics for DOLE labor market reports
Who we share it with
We share data only with: (a) employers you have explicitly applied to, (b) DOLE / DMW / OWWA / TESDA for program eligibility, (c) Barangay Halls for indigency verification, and (d) PESO authorized staff. We do not sell or share your data with marketers, advertisers, or third parties for profit.
