Kabuhayan — DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program

Grants for small livelihood projects — up to ₱20,000 for individuals and ₱1,000,000 for groups.

DILP funds tools, equipment and starter stock for micro-enterprises of displaced workers, returning OFWs, women, persons with disability and other vulnerable workers. The PESO is your front door: we evaluate the proposal, endorse it to DOLE and monitor the project after release.

Who qualifies?

  • Displaced, underemployed or self-employed workers, returning OFWs, PWDs, senior citizens, women and youth
  • Individual projects up to ₱20,000; groups (associations, cooperatives) up to ₱1,000,000
  • Not a beneficiary of the same DOLE livelihood grant in the last 3 years

Required documents

  • Project proposal / simple business plan
  • One valid ID and barangay certificate
  • For groups: list of members and a resolution naming the representative
  • Certificate of indigency (if applicable)

How it works

  1. Submit the proposal here or at the PESO
  2. PESO evaluation and site validation
  3. Endorsement to the DOLE Bulacan Field Office
  4. Approval and release of the grant (in kind or through the LGU)
  5. Two monitoring visits — PESO helps you sustain the project
