SPES
SPES helps poor but deserving students earn an income to keep them in school. Every qualified student gets 60% of the daily minimum wage from the employer plus a 40% subsidy from DOLE.

Who qualifies?
- Filipino citizens aged 15 to 30
- Currently enrolled in HS, SHS, technical-vocational, or college
- Or out-of-school youth willing to return
- From a family whose monthly income falls below the regional poverty threshold
- Average grade of at least 75% (or its equivalent)
Required documents
- SPES Application Form (E-1)
- Latest report card / certification of enrollment
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Income tax return / Certificate of Indigency
- Barangay Certificate of Residency
How it works
- Register online and submit the SPES application
- Submit hard copies of supporting docs at PESO Bocaue
- PESO validates and endorses to a partner employer
- Render 20–52 days of supervised work
- Receive wage from employer + DOLE subsidy
