TUPAD provides emergency employment of 10 to 30 days for displaced, underemployed, or seasonal workers — paying the full prevailing minimum wage in our region.

Who qualifies?

Underemployed, displaced or seasonal worker
Self-employed earning below minimum wage
Disadvantaged sector (PWD, senior citizen, IP)
Bocaue resident with Barangay Certification
Includes accident insurance & PPE

Required documents

2 valid government IDs (or Barangay ID)
Barangay Certification of Indigency or Displacement
Accomplished TUPAD Application Form
One (1) 1×1 photo
