Provide Tier-1 support for a software product: troubleshoot issues over chat and e-mail, document solutions in the knowledge base and escalate bugs to engineering.
Requirements
Graduate of IT or Computer Engineering. Strong problem-solving and written English. Experience with ticketing tools is a plus. Night shift available.
