Job Description
Handle inbound calls, chats and e-mails for a telco account. Resolve billing questions, process plan changes and log every interaction in the CRM. Paid training for the first three weeks; shifting schedule with night differential.
Requirements
Senior High School graduate or 2 years of college. Good spoken English and Filipino. Willing to work night shifts and weekends. Call center experience is a plus but not required.
