JobStart Philippines
Life skills, technical training and a paid internship for youth 18–24.
JobStart takes young Filipinos who are not in school or work through life-skills training, technical training with TESDA partners, and up to three months of paid internship with a partner company — a full bridge from school to a first job.

Who qualifies?
- Filipino citizen aged 18 to 24
- High school graduate or ALS completer; not currently in school
- Not employed and without long work experience
- Priority: 4Ps households and SPES alumni
Required documents
- PSA birth certificate
- Diploma, report card or ALS certificate
- Barangay certificate of residency
- One valid ID
How it works
- Pre-register for an open cohort here or at the PESO
- Screening interview at the PESO
- Life-skills training (10 days) then technical training
- Internship placement with a partner employer at ≥ 75% of the minimum wage
- JobStart certificate and job referral on completion
